Zusammenfassung:To provide a bathroom air conditioning system capable of preventing uncomfortable feeling of a user taking bath due to remote operation using a mobile terminal device, and a bathroom air conditioning device, server and program thereof.SOLUTION: A hot water system 1 (bathroom air conditioning system) includes a server 60 connected to an external communication network 50, a bathroom air conditioning device 21 which implements a prescribed air conditioning function to inside the bathroom and can be remotely controlled by a mobile terminal device 40 via the server 60, a human-sensitive sensor 126 (person detection sensor) capable of detecting whether a person is inside the bathroom, a control unit 211 which, when having received an operation start instruction for the prescribed air conditioning function from the mobile terminal device 40 and a person is detected by the human-sensitive sensor 126 at the time corresponding to the operation start instruction, suppresses the start of the operation corresponding to the operation start instruction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】携帯端末装置を用いた遠隔操作によって入浴中の使用者に不快感を与えることを防ぐことが可能な浴室空調システム、浴室空調装置、サーバおよびプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】給湯システム1(浴室空調システム)は、外部通信網50に接続されたサーバ60と、浴室内に対して所定の空調機能を実行するとともにサーバ60を介して携帯端末装置40により遠隔制御が可能な浴室空調機21と、浴室内に人がいるか否かを検知可能な人感センサ126(人検知センサ)と、携帯端末装置40から所定の空調機能の動作開始指示を受信した場合、動作開始指示に対応する動作の開始時に、人感センサ126により人が検知されているときには、動作開始指示に対応する動作の開始を抑制する制御部211と、を備える。【選択図】図2
