A noise reduction material M is disposed between the first partition plate 20 and the second partition plate 30. The second partition plate 30 is provided with an expanding part 34 expanding to the first partition plate 20 side. A first pipe part 61 and a second pipe part 62 extending in an arrangement direction of the partition plates 20, 30 and a curved part 63 which extends spanning the pipe parts 61, 62 are provided at an upstream side pipe part 60, which is housed at the inner side of the housing 12, of each tail pipe 50. At least one of the first pipe part 61 and the second pipe part 62 is supported by the first partition plate 20 and a second partition plate 30 side end part of the curve part 63 is fixed to the expanding part 34 of the second partition plate 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】テールパイプをより安定して支持できる車両用サイレンサ構造を提供する。【解決手段】ハウジングの内側に第1仕切板20と第2仕切板30とを並設し、これら第1仕切板20と第2仕切板30の間に消音材Mを配設する。第2仕切板30に第1仕切板20側に膨出する膨出部34を設け、テールパイプ50のうちハウジング12の内側に収容される上流側パイプ部60に、仕切板20、30の並び方向に延びる第1パイプ部61および第2パイプ部62と、パイプ部61、62どうしにわたって延びる湾曲部63とを設ける。第1パイプ部61と第2パイプ部62の少なくとも一方を、第1仕切板20に支持させ、湾曲部63の第2仕切板30側の端部を第2仕切板30の膨出部34に固定する。【選択図】図1 |
