One of or both of the first side member and the second side member have: skeleton hollow parts 12, 22 located at the side part sides of the battery module; and under hollow parts 14, 24 located at the lower side of the battery module. A vehicle battery case structure has clearance hollow parts 13, 23 between housing bottom parts 11, 21 of the housing part of the battery module and the under hollow parts. The skeleton hollow part, the clearance hollow part, and the under hollow part are integrally formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
