Zusammenfassung: | To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development which achieves both low temperature fixability and heat-resistant storage property in such a level as not to achieve both of them before, has higher smoothness and more stabilizes charging characteristics under duration, and contains toner base particles having a core-shell structure, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A toner for electrostatic charge image development contains toner base particles having a core-shell structure in which core particles are coated with a shell. The toner base particles contain at least an amorphous vinyl-based binder resin as a binder resin, the shell is composed of two kinds of layers of an inside shell and an outside shell, the inside shell contains a styrene-acrylic modified polyester resin, and the outside shell contains a polyester resin which is not modified with styrene and an acrylic compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明の課題は、これまでには両立しきれなったレベルで低温定着性と耐熱保管性を両立させ、かつより平滑性が高く耐久時の帯電特性をより安定化させた、コア・シェル構造を有するトナー母体粒子を含有する静電荷像現像用トナー及びその製造方法を提供することである。【解決手段】本発明の静電荷像現像用トナーは、少なくとも、コア粒子にシェルを被覆してなるコア・シェル構造を有するトナー母体粒子を含有する静電荷像現像用トナーであって、前記トナー母体粒子が、少なくとも、結着樹脂として、非晶性ビニル系結着樹脂を含有し、前記シェルが、内側シェルと外側シェルの2種の層からなり、前記内側シェルが、スチレン−アクリル変性ポリエステル樹脂を含有し、かつ前記外側シェルが、スチレン及びアクリル化合物で変性されていないポリエステル樹脂を含有することを特徴とする。【選択図】なし |
