To provide a washing device and a circulation method of washing water, which can produce a washing water solidified substance sound enough to achieve prescribed strength.SOLUTION: A washing device includes: a washing tank 110 storing washing water; a liquid circulation part 140 having circulation pipes 141, 142 connected to the washing tank 110 so as to allow the washing water to flow through and a pump 130 provided at the circulation pipes so as to circulate the washing water, which results in the circulation of the washing water in the washing tank through the circulation pipes; and cooling means 150 provided at the circulation pipes so as to cool the washing water flowing through the circulation pipes.
