Zusammenfassung:To provide a method and device that can monitor a heat transfer inhibition state in real time and quickly execute a measure as needed, to maintain and continue a stable energy-saving effect, in a heat exchanger that recovers and reuses hot and cold waste heat with water as medium.SOLUTION: A method for cleaning and managing a heat exchanger comprises: calculating heat transfer performance based on temperatures at the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger 1 through which heat is exchanged between heat source fluid and heat receiving fluid, and a flow rate of each fluid; and cleaning the heat exchanger 1 based on the heat transfer performance, wherein when the heat transfer performance continues to deteriorate for a predetermined time or more, the heat exchanger is backwashed, and after this backwash, an altitude countermeasure signal is issued.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】水を媒体とした温・冷熱排熱を回収、再利用する熱交換器において、伝熱阻害状況をリアルタイムでモニタリングし、必要に応じた対策を迅速に実施することで、安定な省エネ効果を維持継続方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】熱交換器1を介して互いに熱交換する熱源流体及び受熱流体の熱交換器入口と出口における温度および各流体の流量から伝熱性能を演算し、該伝熱性能に基づいて熱交換器1の洗浄を行う熱交換器の洗浄管理方法において、伝熱性能の低下が所定時間以上継続した場合に熱交換器の逆洗を行い、この逆洗後に高度対策信号を発することを特徴とする熱交換器の洗浄管理方法。【選択図】図1
