The impeller 20 radially connects a discharge pipe 22 to a cylindrical suction groove part 21 at an equal angle, sucks the fluid by pressure which introduces a mild flow without employing a conventional forcible pushout method for forcibly pushing out the fluid by a rotating blade of the impeller, and can operate the pump while discharging the fluid at low noise and low vibration. Also, the high-performance sanitary pump can obtain high performance by a high lift and a high flow rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 高性能衛生ポンプを提供する。【解決手段】 モーターＭによって回転駆動するインペラー２０をケース１０の内部に軸設してインペラーの回転遠心力で流体を吸い込み、かつ、吐き出すが、前記インペラー２０は、円筒状の吸込み溝部２１に放射状に吐出管２２を等角連結して、インペラーの回転羽根によって流体を強制的に押し出す従来の強制押出方式を採用することなく、柔らかな流れを導く圧力で流体を吸い込み、かつ、吐き出しながらポンプを低騒音・低振動にて運転することが可能であることはもとより、高い揚程及び高い流量による高性能を実現する高性能衛生ポンプ。【選択図】 図１ |
