To provide a pouch capable of suppressing occurrence of seal retreat and discharging steam from a desired position to the outside, as well as, capable of effectively suppressing the contents from being ejected to the outside during heating.SOLUTION: The pouch comprises side sealed portions where at least one laminated film is heat-sealed. One of the side sealed portions comprises: a side end sealed portion located on a side edge side of the laminated film; and an overhanging seal portion connected to the side end sealed portion on a side opposite to the side edge of the laminated film, and overhanging toward an accommodation space side with respect to the side end sealed portion, and having a pair of protruding sealed portions that protrudes toward the accommodation space side from the side end sealed portion. The protruding portions are arranged in a direction where the side edge extends. The at least one laminated film has a heat-generating ink layer as a layer outer than the sealant layer.
