Zusammenfassung:	To provide a carbonic acid stimulation promoter capable of maintaining carbonic acid stimulation even when gas pressure is suppressed low during filling due to formulated ingredients and when the gas pressure is reduced due to gas permeability of the container, or when the carbonic acid stimulation feeling is obliged to be reduced by rapid deaeration of the carbonic acid after opening a cap in a carbonic acid beverage.SOLUTION: The carbonic acid stimulation promoter can enhance and maintain preferred carbonic acid stimulation imparted by carbon dioxide by adding dihydrochalcone as active ingredient.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】炭酸飲料において、配合成分により充填時のガス圧を低めに抑えなければならない場合や、容器のガス透過性によるガス圧の低下、また、開栓後の炭酸ガスの急速な脱気によって「炭酸刺激感」の低下を余儀なくされる場合においても、炭酸刺激を維持することができる炭酸刺激増強剤を提供する。【解決手段】ジヒドロカルコン類を有効成分として炭酸飲料に添加することにより、炭酸ガスによる好ましい炭酸刺激が増強・維持される炭酸刺激増強剤を提供する。【選択図】なし
