Zusammenfassung:To provide a fuel cell device, a control unit, and a control program that can prevent an increase in the number of times of stop of power generating operation.SOLUTION: A fuel cell device comprises: a fuel cell; a first tank that accumulates water recovered from exhaust gas; a water supply device that supplies water to the first tank from the outside; a purifier that purifies the water supplied from the outside; a breakthrough detection device that detects that the purifier reaches its breakthrough; and a control unit that controls operation. When the breakthrough of the purifier is detected during execution of water supply control through breakthrough detection control, the control unit does not perform stop control at abnormality, but instead executes breakthrough handling control of stopping the execution of the water supply control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4B 【課題】発電運転停止の回数の増加を抑制することのできる燃料電池装置、制御装置および制御プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】燃料電池装置は、燃料電池と、排ガスから回収した水を貯留する第1タンクと、第1タンクに外部から水を補給する補水装置と、外部から補給される水を浄化する浄化装置と、浄化装置が破過したことを検知する破過検知装置と、運転を制御する制御装置と、を備え、制御装置は、破過検知制御により、補水制御の実行中に浄化装置の破過が検知された場合、異常停止制御を行わず、代わりに、補水制御の実行を停止する破過対処制御を実行する。【選択図】図4B
