Zusammenfassung:To provide a floating structure capable of avoiding the influence of wave motion on a water surface as much as possible and capable of controlling with a low power.SOLUTION: A floating structure 1 of this embodiment comprises a main structure 10, and multiple auxiliary structures 20A, 20B, 20C, 20D connected to the main structure 10 and provided so as to surround the main structure 10 in a plan view. The main structure 10 has a main body 11 located in the water in an usage state, and an extension part 12 with the same thickness as the main body 11 or thinner than the main body 11, extending upward from the main body 11, and protruding from the water surface.
