Zusammenfassung:	To provide modified soil of viscous soil, and a modification treatment method, capable of improving strength developing property at a low temperature time, and strength developing property at an early stage of mixing.SOLUTION: In modified soil of viscous soil, which is modified soil obtained by modifying viscous soil having a moisture ratio of 1.1-2.0 wL(wL:liquid limit), the viscous soil, steel slag and a modifier are mixed, and the modifier is a paper sludge incineration ash-based modifier or cement, thus at least either of strength developing property at a low temperature time and strength developing property at an early stage of mixing is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】低温時の強度発現性または混合早期の強度発現性を改善できる粘性土の改質処理土および改質処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】この粘性土の改質処理土は、含水比が1.1〜2.0wL（wL：液性限界）である粘性土を改質した改質処理土であって、粘性土と製鋼スラグと改質材とが混合され、改質材がペーパースラッジ焼却灰系改質材またはセメントであることで、低温時の強度発現性および混合早期の強度発現性の少なくとも一方を改善したものである。【選択図】図１
