Zusammenfassung:To provide a novel needle assembly which can selectively achieve easy assembly to a needle hub and stable maintenance of an assembled state or both.SOLUTION: A needle assembly 12 includes a puncture needle 16 where a needle hub 18 is provided on a proximal end side and a needle tip protector 10 which is externally inserted in the needle hub 18 and is movable in a needle axis direction from a puncture position where the puncture needle 16 is exposed to a protection position where a needle tip 20 of the puncture needle 16 is covered. On the needle tip protector 10, at least one flexible piece 68 which allows bending and deformation in an intersecting direction with a needle axis is provided. The flexible piece 68 includes a slit as a fitting part which is mutually fit to a part of the needle hub 18 and is positioned in a circumferential direction and an inner inclination part 76 which is inclined in at least one of the needle axis direction and the intersecting direction with the needle axis on an inner surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】針ハブに対する組み付け易さと組付状態の安定した維持とを、選択的に或いは両立して実現し得る、新規な針組立体を提供すること。【解決手段】基端側に針ハブ18が設けられた穿刺針16と、針ハブ18に外挿装着されて、穿刺針16が露出する穿刺位置から穿刺針16の針先20を覆う保護位置へ針軸方向で移動可能とされた針先プロテクタ10とを有する針組立体12であって、針先プロテクタ10には、針軸交差方向の撓み変形を許容する少なくとも1つの可撓片68が設けられており、可撓片68は、針ハブ18の一部に対して相互に嵌め合わされて周方向で位置決めされる嵌合部としてのスリットと、内側面において針軸方向と針軸交差方向の少なくとも一方へ傾斜する内側傾斜部76とを備えている。【選択図】図3
