Zusammenfassung:	To provide an imaging device and a drive recorder suitable for widely imaging a desired range.SOLUTION: An imaging device 100 includes: fixing means 112 fixed at a predetermined attachment position; imaging means for imaging by using a wide-angle lens 114; holding means 116 for holding the wide-angle lens and capable of adjusting an angle of an optical axis of the wide-angle lens to a direction in which a user can visually confirm by changing a relative posture to the fixing means; and confirmation means 120 provided in the holding means 116, for allowing the user to visually confirm the normal posture of the holding means 116.
