Zusammenfassung:	To provide an information providing device and an information providing system which allow for recognizing even failure relating to an interface with a user in a charger.SOLUTION: With respect to a charging facility capable of charging an in-vehicle battery 7 for supplying power to a driving source of a vehicle 4, the information providing device is configured to acquire an available state of a charger provided in the charging facility while acquiring a use history of the vehicle which used the charging facility, and determine failure relating to an interface with a user in the charger on the basis of the available state of the charger and the use history of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】充電設備における利用者との間のインターフェースに関する不具合についても把握することを可能とした情報提供装置及び情報提供システムを提供する。【解決手段】車両４の駆動源に電力を供給する車載バッテリ７に充電をすることが可能な充電施設について、充電施設が備える充電設備の空き状況を取得し、その一方で充電施設を利用した車両の利用履歴を取得し、充電設備の空き状況と車両の利用履歴とに基づいて、充電設備における利用者との間のインターフェースに関する不具合を判定するように構成する。【選択図】図８
