Zusammenfassung:	To provide a foamable composition for a polyurethane foam which advantageously forms a non-combustible polyurethane foam having more enhanced flame retardancy, is low in a heating value at the time of combustion and has excellent self-extinguishing property.SOLUTION: A foamable composition gives a polyurethane foam by reaction of a composition A containing polyol and a composition B containing polyisocyanate and foaming with a foaming agent. The composition A contains, as catalysts, at least a trimerization catalyst, and predetermined amounts of an organic phosphinic acid metal salt and a red phosphorus are separately or together contained in at least one of the composition A and the composition B.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】難燃性をより一層高めてなる不燃性のポリウレタンフォームを有利に形成すると共に、燃焼時の発熱量が低く且つ優れた自己消火性を有するポリウレタンフォーム用発泡性組成物を提供する。【解決手段】ポリオールを含む組成物Ａとポリイソシアネートを含む組成物Ｂとの反応と共に、発泡剤による発泡とにより、ポリウレタンフォームを与える発泡性組成物において、組成物Ａに、触媒として、少なくとも三量化触媒が含有させられると共に、有機ホスフィン酸金属塩及び赤リンが、別個に或いは共に、組成物Ａ及び組成物Ｂの少なくとも何れか一方に所定量含有せしめられるように構成した。【選択図】なし
