To provide a detachably-assembled-type band saw that can be brought into a room even if the doorway of the room where large equipment is installed inside the reactor building is bent by a radiation protection wall.SOLUTION: A detachably-assembled-type band saw 10 comprises: cutting means 20 having an endless band saw blade and a rotation mechanism thereof; upper and lower frames 14, 16 for supporting upper and lower surfaces of the cutting means 20; and an elevating part 30 which is connected between both ends of the upper and lower frames 14, 16, and can vertically move the cutting means 20.
