Zusammenfassung:To provide a radiographic apparatus which can adjust a positional deviation of the installation position of a radiation tube without using a special jig for positional deviation detection.SOLUTION: A radiographic apparatus 10 comprises: an irradiation unit 18 which has a radiation tube 32 that generates a radiation from a focus position and emits the radiation; an arm to which the irradiation unit 18 is attached, and in which an image reception unit 20 having an image reception surface for receiving the radiation can be attached at a position facing the irradiation unit 18; an image acquisition unit 28B which acquires a radiation image P1 based on the radiation emitted to the image reception surface from the irradiation unit 18 from the image reception unit 20; a center position detection unit 28CA which detects a center position of an irradiation field of the radiation within the image reception surface corresponding to the focus position on the basis of the intensity distribution of the radiation within the image reception surface indicated in the radiation image P1; and an information output unit 28D which outputs adjustment information that is derived on the basis of the center position and adjusts the positional deviation of the installation position of the radiation tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】位置ずれ検出用の専用冶具を用いないで放射線管の設置位置の位置ずれを調整可能な放射線撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】放射線撮影装置10は、焦点位置から放射線を発生する放射線管32を有し、放射線を照射する照射部18と、照射部18が取り付けられるアームであって、照射部18と対向する位置に放射線を受ける受像面を有する受像部20を取り付けることが可能なアームと、照射部18から受像面に照射された放射線に基づく放射線画像P1を、受像部20から取得する画像取得部28Bと、放射線画像P1において示される受像面内における放射線の強度分布に基づいて、焦点位置に対応する、受像面内における放射線の照射野の中心位置を検出する中心位置検出部28CAと、中心位置に基づいて導出され、放射線管の設置位置の位置ずれを調整するための調整用情報を出力する情報出力部28Dと、を備えている。【選択図】図7
