Zusammenfassung:To suppress a worsening of a performance of a laminate type battery while preventing an electrode plate from being out of position.SOLUTION: A laminate type battery comprises: an outer packaging body; a membrane-electrode assembly having a plurality of first electrode plates and a plurality of second electrode plates which are laminated to alternate in a laminating direction; and a first tab disposed on one side of the membrane-electrode assembly. The first electrode plates include a first electrode current collector including a first connection region and a first effective region which are adjacent to each other, and a first electrode active material layer provided in the first effective region, the plurality of the first connection regions are superposed on each other to form a first connection part, and the first tab is joined to the first connection part.
