Zusammenfassung:To provide a battery pack that does not require a film to be attached to a heat-transfer member and that enables a battery module to be easily peeled off from the heat-transfer member.SOLUTION: A battery pack 1 in which a battery module 2 is housed in a case 3, includes a cooling member that cools the battery module 2 and a heat-transfer member 4 that has adhesive properties and is disposed between the battery module 2 and the cooling member. The battery module 2 and the heat-transfer member 4 are in direct contact with each other.
