To make a service system including a service module (SM) not having an output function of a log including authentication approval and user information into a multiuser specification.SOLUTION: Respective backend services 311A, B in a service system 310 write an execution log including execution contents including a use amount in the execution of a request and meta information of the request in an execution log table 300 in the case of executing the request about the backend services. In the case that gateways (GW) 312A-C receive a request having authentication approval being data for at least one of authentication and approval about a target SM, the passing ID for the request is given to the request, and the given passing ID is set in the meta information of the request in place of the authentication approval data.
