Zusammenfassung:	To provide: an amphiphilic polymer capable of having excellent dispersion characteristics while effectively encapsulating a drug, and a method for producing the same; micelles comprising the amphiphilic polymer, which are effectively dispersed in oil or in water and capable of exhibiting excellent percutaneous absorption properties; and a composition comprising the micelles.SOLUTION: An amphiphilic polymer is prepared comprising: a first block (A); and a second block (B) phase-separated from the first block (A) and comprising a polymerized unit (B1) of a prescribed polymerizable monomer and a polymerized unit (B2) of an acrylic monomer or vinyl monomer having a solubility parameter of a single polymer of less than 10.0 (cal/cm3)1/2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】薬物を効果的にカプセル化すると同時に、優れた分散特性を有し得る両親媒性高分子およびその製造方法、並びに、油中または水中で効果的に分散しており、且つ、優れた経皮吸収特性を示すことができる両親媒性高分子を含むミセルおよび前記ミセルを含む組成物を提供する。【解決手段】第１ブロック（Ａ）と；前記第１ブロック（Ａ）と相分離し、所定の重合性単量体の重合単位（Ｂ１）および単一高分子の溶解度パラメーターが１０．０（ｃａｌ／ｃｍ３）１／２未満であるアクリル系単量体またはビニル系単量体の重合単位（Ｂ２）を含む第２ブロック（Ｂ）と；を含む両親媒性高分子を調製する。【選択図】図１
