PIPE TRANSPORTING DEVICE

To provide a pipe transporting device compact in a vertical direction capable of effectively utilizing a space above and below an installation space.SOLUTION: An air cylinder 7 slides a slide body 4 to one side and to the other side, respectively, by an extending/contracting action along a pipe transporting direction X1 of a piston rod 7a. A slide cam mechanism 8 is so constituted as to, when a pipe 10 is supported by a pair of second transporting frames 3, perform raising of a first transporting frame 2 and lowering of the second transporting frame 3 so that a first inclination part 2b exceeds a second protruding part 3a by a slide operation of the slide body 4 to the one side, meanwhile, when the pipe 10 is supported by both the first transporting frames 2, perform lowering of the first transporting frame 2 and raising of the second transporting frame 3 so that a second inclination part 3b exceeds a first protruding part 2a by a slide operation of the slide body 4 to the other side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】設置スペースの上方及び下方のスペースを有効利用可能な上下方向にコンパクトなパイプ搬送装置を提供する。【解決手段】エアシリンダ７は、ピストンロッド７ａのパイプ搬送方向Ｘ１に沿う伸縮動作によりスライド体４を一方側と他方側とにそれぞれスライドさせる。スライドカム機構８は、一対の第２搬送フレーム３でパイプ１０を支持する際、スライド体４の一方側へのスライド動作で第１傾斜部２ｂが第２突起部３ａを超えるように第１搬送フレーム２の上昇及び第２搬送フレーム３の下降を行わせる一方、両第１搬送フレーム２でパイプ１０を支持する際、スライド体４の他方側へのスライド動作で第２傾斜部３ｂが第１突起部２ａを超えるように第１搬送フレーム２の下降及び第２搬送フレーム３の上昇を行わせるよう構成される。【選択図】図１
