To improve the appearance of design of the surroundings of a decorative member.SOLUTION: A vehicle interior member 10 includes: a first member 12 provided with a first base member 18 and a first surface member 20 overlaid on the first base member 18 to be disposed at a vehicle cabin R side; a second member 14 provided with a second base member 28 and a second surface member 30 overlaid on the first base member 28 to be disposed at the vehicle cabin R side; and a decorative member 16 disposed between the first member 12 and the second member 14.
