Zusammenfassung: | To provide a load status drawing device for drawing a load status so as to be able to easily find a unit process to be a bottleneck even in the case where a connection relationship between each unit process is complicated.SOLUTION: The load status drawing device acquires, as for each of a plurality of unit processes for processing an object, process passage information including a start time when the processing of the object starts, an end time when the processing of the object ends, and an attribute value of the object corresponding to a load required for the processing of the object, creates connection relationship information indicating a previous process and a subsequent process based on the start time and the end time included in the process passage information, acquires a reference attribute value to be a reference value of the object that can be processed in a unit of time in each unit process, calculates a load status of each unit process based on the reference attribute value and the attribute value included in the process passage information, and draws a change of the load status in each unit process with the passage of time in a network diagram generated based on the connection relationship information and indicating the connection relationship of each unit process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】各単位工程間の接続関係が複雑な場合であっても、ボトルネックとなる単位工程を容易に見つけ出すことができるよう負荷状況を描画する負荷状況描画装置を提供する。【解決手段】対象物を処理する複数の単位工程のそれぞれについて、対象物の処理を開始した開始時刻と、対象物の処理を終了した終了時刻と、対象物の処理に要する負荷に対応する対象物の属性値とを含む工程通過情報を取得し、工程通過情報に含まれる開始時刻および終了時刻に基づいて、各単位工程の前工程および後工程を示す接続関係情報を作成し、各単位工程において単位時間に処理可能な対象物の属性値の基準となる基準属性値を取得し、基準属性値と工程通過情報に含まれる属性値とに基づいて、各単位工程の負荷状況を算出し、接続関係情報に基づいて生成される、各単位工程の接続関係を示すネットワーク図に、時間の経過に伴う各単位工程における負荷状況の変動を描画する。【選択図】図1 |
