Zusammenfassung:To accurately detect a light volume emitted from a laser light source, in a projector with a light source that emits light close to a single wavelength, such as a laser light source.SOLUTION: In a projector 1000A, an optical sensor 1480 comprising a variable wavelength interference filter is arranged near an optical path of illumination light emitted from an illumination optical system 1420 to a separation optical system 1430, and the optical sensor 1480 detects a light volume of each of blue light and fluorescent light contained in the illumination light. A processing device 110 of the projector 1000A adjusts the light volume of the blue light and fluorescent light based on the detection result by the optical sensor 1480.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】レーザー光源のように単一波長に近い光を射出する光源を備えるプロジェクターにおいて、レーザー光源から射出される光の光量を精度良く検出できるようにする。【解決手段】プロジェクター1000Aにおいて照明光学系1420から分離光学系1430へ射出される照明光の光路の近くに、波長可変干渉フィルターを備える光センサー1480を配置し、照明光に含まれる青色光及び蛍光光の各々の光量を光センサー1480に検出させる。プロジェクター1000Aの処理装置110は、光センサー1480による検出結果に基づいて青色光の光量と蛍光光の光量とを調整する。【選択図】図1
