Zusammenfassung: | To provide an airtightness testing device which can tentatively and preliminarily measure the airtightness of an airtight door, and can perform an excitation experiment for measuring the airtightness after the occupant of an earthquake, and an airtightness testing method.SOLUTION: An airtightness testing device 1 measures the airtightness of a simulation door having a frame body 2 in which an opening part 2a is opened, and a door main body 20 for sealing the opening part 2a. A vessel Ch which forms an airtight space S is arranged at the frame body 2, and a flow passage and a pressure gauge P for measuring atmospheric pressure in the vessel Ch are arranged in the vessel Ch. A compressor C and a flowmeter F for measuring a flow-in amount of a gas to the vessel Ch are arranged in the flow passage, the gas is made to flow into the vessel Ch so that the atmospheric pressure in the vessel Ch becomes constant for a prescribed time in a state that the door main body 20 is arranged in a sealed position, and a leak amount of the gas from the sealed portion of the opening part 2a of the door main body 20 is measured on the basis of the flow-in amount which is measured by the flowmeter F within the prescribed time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】気密扉の気密性能を試験的又は予備的に測定することができるとともに、地震発生後の気密性能を測定するために加振実験を行うことが可能となる、気密試験装置及び気密試験方法を提供する。【解決手段】気密試験装置1は、開口部2aが開口された自立可能な枠体2と開口部2aを密閉する扉本体20とを備えた模擬扉の気密性能を測定し、枠体2には、気密空間Sを形成する容器Chが設けられ、容器Chには、流路と、容器Ch内の気圧を測定する圧力計Pと、が設けられ、流路には、コンプレッサCと、容器Chへの気体の流入量を計測する流量計Fと、が設けられ、扉本体20が密閉位置に配置された状態で、容器Ch内の気圧が所定時間一定となるように容器Ch内に気体を流入させ、所定時間内に流量計Fで計測した流入量に基づいて、扉本体20による2a開口部の密閉部分からの気体の漏れ量を測定する。【選択図】図3 |
