If no mold displacement change exceeding a threshold value occurs, or if no injection peak pressure abnormality exceeding a threshold value and no injection most forward position abnormality occur, automatic operation is continued, and if a mold displacement change occurs, or if an injection peak pressure abnormality and an injection most forward position abnormality occur, operation of the injection molding machine is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】射出成形機にて成形を行なうに際し、金型の型変位、または、射出ピーク圧や射出最前進位置に基づいて金型の型締力を調整して、バリ不良が生じず、エネルギーが低減できる適正な型締力にて成形を行なう。【解決手段】自動運転中に型変位量を監視するとともに、射出ピーク圧と射出最前進位置とを監視して、閾値を越える型変位変化が発生しない場合、または、閾値を越える射出ピーク圧異常と射出最前進位置異常が発生しない場合は、自動運転を継続し、型変位変化が発生し、または、射出ピーク圧異常と射出最前進位置異常が発生した場合は、射出成形機の稼動を停止するようにした。【選択図】図4 |
