Zusammenfassung: | To provide a robot control device which prevents an operation of a manual pulse generation device from being largely deviated from an action of a robot without vibrating the robot.SOLUTION: A robot control device 1 includes: manual pulse generation sections 4, 5, and 6 which generate pulses by a pulse number according to operation amount of an operator; command signal calculation sections 13 and 14 which calculate operation command signals to a robot on the basis of an input pulse number; and a pulse number restriction section 12 which restricts the pulse number input in the command signal calculation sections 13 and 14 to a prescribed threshold when the pulse numbers generated by the manual pulse generation sections 4, 5, and 6 are larger than the threshold. When the pulse numbers generated by the manual pulse generation sections 4, 5, and 6 are the threshold or lower, the pulse numbers are output as they are.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ロボットを振動させずに、手動パルス発生装置の操作とロボットの動作とが大きく乖離することを防止するロボット制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】操作者の操作量に応じたパルス数のパルスを発生する手動パルス発生部4,5,6と、入力されるパルス数に基づいてロボットへの動作指令信号を算出する指令信号算出部13,14と、手動パルス発生部4,5,6により発生したパルス数が所定の閾値より大きい場合に、指令信号算出部13,14に入力するパルス数を閾値に制限するパルス数制限部12とを備え、手動パルス発生部4,5,6が発生したパルス数が閾値以下である場合には、パルス数をそのまま出力するロボット制御装置1である。【選択図】図2 |
