Zusammenfassung: | To provide an absorbent article manufacturing method in which bad products such as bad measures are detected with high accuracy, and the occurrence of the bad products can be suppressed effectively.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of the present invention is provided for continuously manufacturing absorbent bodies 4 by periodically giving the cutting to a continuous assembly 4a where a fiber stacking body 2 is disposed at predetermined intervals along the conveyance direction D of a belt-like sheet 3, while being conveyed. The manufacturing method like this comprises the steps of: periodically acquiring an image comprising a predetermined area in the continuous assembly 4a by the sign of the signals generated periodically in the cutting, using the imaging means 42 installed to the upstream side in the conveyance direction D from the cutting side; determining whether or not the arrangement position of the fiber stacking body 2 on the basis of the position information of the fiber stacking body 2 in the image is in a predetermined range; and arranging an arrangement spacing of the fiber stacking body 2 when the arrangement position of the fiber stacking body 2 is out of a predetermined range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】寸法不良等の不良品を高精度に検出するとともに、該不良品の発生を効果的に抑制できる吸収性物品の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の製造方法は、積繊体2が帯状シート3の搬送方向Dに沿って所定の間隔で配されている連続体4aに対し、これを搬送させた状態で、切断加工を周期的に施すことによって吸収体4を連続的に製造する。斯かる製造方法は、切断加工よりも搬送方向Dの上流側に設置された撮像手段42を用いて、連続体4aにおいて所定の領域を含む画像を、切断加工において周期的に発生する信号を合図に周期的に取得する工程と、前記画像における積繊体2の位置情報に基づく該積繊体2の配置位置が、所定の範囲内か否かを判定する工程と、積繊体2の配置位置が所定の範囲外であった場合に、積繊体2の配置間隔を調整する工程とを含む。【選択図】図1 |
