IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS AND IMAGE SEARCH METHOD

To perform face search using an appropriate image, and accurately search for an image including a person to be searched.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus includes: a storage unit for storing sales images of a plurality of events; an image receiving unit which receives a search image including a person to be searched, from a user terminal; a search unit which performs face search using a face image of the person to be searched in the search image, and extracts a sales image including a face similar to the face image; and a browsing page generation unit which generates a browsing page including a search result of the search unit, and transmits the browsing page to the user terminal. The image receiving unit receives a plurality of search images from the user terminal.
