Zusammenfassung: | To provide a person detection system capable of detecting a person even in the absence of a dedicated power source.SOLUTION: A person detection system for detecting a person in an indoor space where an electromagnetic wave source is installed comprises: an antenna 21 for grounding which is installed along a floor surface 53 of the indoor space; an antenna 23 for detection which is arranged opposite the antenna 21 for grounding with an insulator 22 interposed; a sensor circuit part 24 which is electrically connected between the antenna 23 for detection and the antenna 21 for grounding, and operates with electric power of an electromagnetic wave from the electromagnetic wave source input from the antenna 23 for detection and also outputs an output signal corresponding to the electric power of the electromagnetic wave; and a detection part 25 which detects whether there is a person approaching the antenna 23 for detection based upon the output signal of the sensor circuit part 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
