To supply hot water readily with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A portable heat exchange device 1 includes: a cylindrical housing (a casing) 10 which can be carried; and a pipe member 20 disposed in the housing 10 and wound in a spiral form in which water flows. A lower end part of the housing 10 has an opening 11 which takes heat thereinto from an external heat source 103. An upper end part of the housing 10 has a lid member 12 disposed near the pipe member 20.
