Zusammenfassung:To provide a turbine blade with different kind of strength increased for a wing part and a mounting part, and a method for manufacturing a turbine blade.SOLUTION: In a turbine blade 1 formed by connecting a wing part 2 and a mounting part 3, the wing part 2 is formed of a metal having a columnar structure along a longitudinal direction, and the mounting part 3 is formed of a metal having an equiaxed structure.EFFECT: Since the wing part 2 is formed of the columnar structure, the high temperature strength of the wing part 2 can be increased, and since the mounting part 3 is formed of the equiaxed structure, the fatigue strength of the mounting part 3 can be increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】翼部と取付部について異なる種類の強度を高めたタービンブレード及びタービンブレードの製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】翼部2と取付部3を連接して形成したタービンブレード1において、翼部2は長手方向に沿った柱状組織の金属により形成され、取付部3は等軸組織の金属により形成される。【効果】翼部2が柱状組織により形成されることにより翼部2の高温強度を高めることができ、取付部3が等軸組織により形成されることにより取付部3の疲労強度を高めることができる。【選択図】図1
