Zusammenfassung:To provide an air blowing device for a vehicle which can inhibit inflow of foreign objects into a passage communicating with a vehicle air conditioner.SOLUTION: An air blowing device for a vehicle includes: a recessed part having an air outlet formed on an upper surface of an instrument panel of a vehicle and formed so as to be recessed downward from the upper surface of the instrument panel; a passage which opens at a portion of the recessed part located at the vehicle front side so as to face the vehicle rear, communicates with a vehicle air conditioner disposed at the lower side relative to the recessed part, and guides air having a temperature controlled by the vehicle air conditioner to the recessed part; and a flap which is disposed at the air outlet and adjusts a direction in which air is blown into a vehicle cabin.
