To provide a railway vehicle and a train whose aerodynamic sounds radiated from truck domains can be effectively reduced.SOLUTION: A railway vehicle (10) comprises a vehicle body (1), a truck (2) and plural additional members (3). The vehicle body (1) has a cavity (12) in an underside (11) thereof. The truck (2) is accommodated in the cavity (12). The plural additional members (3) are arranged in front of the cavity (12) in a traveling direction of the railway vehicle (10). The plural additional members (3) are attached to the underside (11) of the vehicle body (1) to be put side by side, leaving a mutual space in the traveling direction. Each of the additional members (3) extends in a vehicle body (1) width direction.
