ASSIST GRIP

To provide an assist grip which has a simple structure, achieves good assembly workability, and can attain high attachment strength.SOLUTION: An assist grip includes: a grip body 1 in which attachment parts 2 each having an attachment hole are provided at both ends; bolts 6, each of which is inserted into the attachment hole 5 and has a flange 61 at a head part; and bushes 7, each of which is inserted into a space between the bolt 6 and the attachment hole 5 and has a flange 71. An engagement holding part 10 which holds the bolt 6 inserted into the attachment hole 5 in a predetermined position is provided at an attachment recessed part 3 of the attachment part 2.
