To provide a hinge device that can attach a door to an enclosure from its side in such a manner of stably supporting the door to the enclosure.SOLUTION: An upper hinge section has a second shaft member 15 provided in a housing and a shaft support structure 25 provided in a door. The shaft support structure 25 has a shaft support section 31 and a retaining portion 32. The shaft support section 31 has a housing space and an open area to accommodate the second shaft member 15. The retaining portion 32 has a guide hole extending in the vertical direction to terminate in the open area. A retaining piece 51 of a retaining member is inserted into the guide hole, and when the retaining piece 51 retracts from the open area, the second shaft member 15 can be received in the housing space, and when the retaining piece 51 enters the open area, the second shaft member 15 is prevented from falling out of the housing space through the open area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】扉を筺体に側方から取り付けることができるヒンジ装置において、扉を筺体に安定して支持するヒンジ装置を提供する。【解決手段】上側ヒンジ部は、筺体に設けられた第２軸部材１５と扉に設けられた軸支持構造２５とを備えている。軸支持構造２５は、軸支持部３１と保持部３２を有している。軸支持部３１には、第２軸部材１５を収容する収容空間と開放部が形成されている。保持部３２には、上下方向に延びて開放部に連なるガイド穴が形成されている。抜け止め部材の係止片５１がガイド穴に挿通されており、係止片５１が開放部から後退することにより、第２軸部材１５を収容空間に受入れ可能にし、係止片５１が開放部に進入することにより、第２軸部材１５が収容空間から開放部を経て脱落するのを防止する。【選択図】図３
