Zusammenfassung: | To provide a soil reforming system and a soil reforming method capable of suppressing the occurrence of poorly reformed soil while using an appropriate amount of reforming material according to the weight and water content of the soil to be reformed.SOLUTION: A soil reforming system 200 having a first belt conveyor 10A, a hopper feeder 20, a second belt conveyor 10B, a reformer 30, and a third belt conveyor 10C, and further has an imager 54, an image processing device 60, a fourth belt conveyor 10D, a return device 70, and a first control panel 90. The imager 54 images the reformed soil and captures the image. The image processing device 60 determines the quality of reforming of the soil that has been reformed. The fourth belt conveyor 10D returns the soil from the third belt conveyor 10C to the first belt conveyor 10A. The return device 70 dispenses the reformed soil to the fourth belt conveyor 10D. The first control panel 90 drives the return device 70 based on the defective signal transmitted from the image processing device 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】改質対象の土壌の重量や含水比に応じた適量の改質材を使用しながら、改質不良な土壌の発生を抑制できる、土壌改質システム及び土壌改質方法を提供する。【解決手段】第一ベルトコンベア10A、ホッパーフィーダ20、第二ベルトコンベア10B、改質機30、第三ベルトコンベア10Cを有する土壌改質システム200であり、撮像機54、画像処理装置60、第四ベルトコンベア10D、戻し装置70、第一制御盤90をさらに有し、撮像機54は改質処理された土壌を撮像し、画像処理装置60は改質処理された土壌の改質良否を判定し、第四ベルトコンベア10Dは第三ベルトコンベア10Cから第一ベルトコンベア10Aに土壌を戻し、戻し装置70は改質処理された土壌を第四ベルトコンベア10Dに払い出し、第一制御盤90は画像処理装置60から送信される不良信号に基づいて戻し装置70を駆動する。【選択図】図1 |
