PACKAGE FOR HEAT TREATMENT

To provide a package for heat treatment where pressure is released so as not to be bursted even when internal pressure is increased and the side part of the package is hardly heated.SOLUTION: A package for heat treatment is the package for the heat treatment of a content and has a principal rafter seal portion formed so as to face the center direction of the package. In the center of the principal rafter seal portion, a steam-permeable region being steam-permeable when the content is heat-treated and the internal pressure is increased is formed.
