To provide a sizing device etc. which can be disposed at a machine tool without interfering with another structure.SOLUTION: A sizing device 90 attached to a machine tool includes: a measuring head 91 having two probes 92; and a transfer device 93 which transfers the measuring head 91 to place the probes 92 in contact with an outer peripheral surface of a workpiece W. The transfer device 93 supports the measuring head 91 so that a flat surface including contact parts, which contact with the workpiece W, of the probes 92 is arranged orthogonal to an axis of a spindle 11.
