Zusammenfassung: | To provide a medical prosthetic material that can achieve both a barrier property to appropriately prevent body fluid leakage and biological tissue infiltration and a flexibility to adapt to biological tissue.SOLUTION: The medical prosthetic material 1 of the present invention includes a non-absorbable porous base material layer 2 and a non-water-permeable resin layer 3 fixed to the porous base material layer 2 and containing an absorptive material, and in which the absorptive material is a copolymer having a mole ratio of lactide to caprolactone (lactide: caprolactone) of 65:35 to 80:20. The weight per unit area of the resin layer 3 is preferably less than 180 g/m2, more preferably less than 130 g/m2, and more preferably less than 80 g/m2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】体液漏出や生体組織の浸潤を適切に防ぐことができるというバリア性と、生体組織に適合する柔軟性とを両立可能とする医療用補綴材の提供。【解決手段】本発明の医療用補綴材1は、非吸収性の多孔性基材層2と、前記多孔性基材層2に固着され吸収性材料を含む非透水性の樹脂層3と、を含み、前記吸収性材料がラクチドとカプロラクトンのモル比(ラクチド:カプロラクトン)が65:35〜80:20の共重合体である。前記樹脂層3の単位面積当たりの重量は、好ましくは180g/m2未満、より好ましくは130g/m2未満、より好ましくは80g/m2未満である。【選択図】図1 |
