Zusammenfassung: | To obtain an endoscope system, which is capable of accurately detecting an insertion state including at least one of a position and shape of an insertion part of an endoscope, and an operation method thereof.SOLUTION: An endoscope system acquires a value concerning an output impedance of a magnetic field detection element, which detects a magnetic field, and a value concerning an input impedance of a reception circuit, which receives a signal outputted from the magnetic field detection element. The endoscope system derives a frequency characteristic of a pair of the magnetic field detection element and the reception circuit using the value concerning the output impedance and the value concerning the input impedance. The endoscope system corrects an output signal of the reception circuit in accordance with the frequency characteristic, and detects an insertion state of an insertion part of an endoscope inserted into a subject using the corrected output signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】内視鏡の挿入部の位置及び形状の少なくとも一方を含む挿入状態を精度良く検出することができる内視鏡システム及びその作動方法を得る。【解決手段】内視鏡システムは、磁界を検出する磁界検出素子の出力インピーダンスに関する値と、磁界検出素子から出力される信号を受信する受信回路の入力インピーダンスに関する値とを取得し、出力インピーダンスに関する値と入力インピーダンスに関する値とを用いて、磁界検出素子及び受信回路の組の周波数特性を導出し、周波数特性に従って受信回路の出力信号を補正し、補正後の出力信号を用いて、被検体内に挿入される内視鏡の挿入部の挿入状態を検出する。【選択図】図2 |
