POLYACETAL RESIN COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

To provide a polyacetal resin composition which is excellent in weather resistance, suppresses surface glossiness, significantly suppresses an amount of formaldehyde to be generated from its molded article and stably suppresses mold deposit during molding, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A polyacetal resin composition contains (A) 100 pts.mass of a polyacetal polymer, (B) 0.01-0.30 pts.mass of a hindered phenolic antioxidant, (C) 0.01-0.50 pts.mass of an aliphatic carboxylic acid hydrazide, (D) 0.001-0.50 pts.mass of a hydantoin compound having two hydrazino carbonylalkyl groups, (E) 0.001-0.30 pts.mass of an alkaline earth metal salt of an aliphatic carboxylic acid, (F) 0.2-1.0 pts.mass of a hindered amine compound, (G) 0.2-1.0 pts.mass of an ultraviolet absorber, and (H) 1-50 pts.mass of a core-shell polymer having a core of a rubbery polymer and a shell of a glassy polymer composed of a vinyl-based copolymer, in which the total amount of (C) and (D) is 0.03-0.55 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of (A) the polyacetal polymer.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 本発明は、耐候性に優れ、表面光沢が抑制され、その成形品からのホルムアルデヒド発生量が著しく抑制され、且つ、安定的に成形時のモールドデポジットが抑制されたポリアセタール樹脂組成物およびその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 本発明の目的は、少なくとも（Ａ）ポリアセタール重合体１００質量部、（Ｂ）ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤０．０１〜０．３０質量部、（Ｃ）脂肪族カルボン酸ヒドラジド０．０１〜０．５０質量部、（Ｄ）２つのヒドラジノカルボニルアルキル基を有するヒダントイン化合物０．００１〜０．５０質量部、（Ｅ）脂肪族カルボン酸のアルカリ土類金属塩０．００１〜０．３０質量部、（Ｆ）ヒンダードアミン化合物０．２〜１．０質量部、（Ｇ）紫外線吸収剤０．２〜１．０質量部、（Ｈ）ゴム状ポリマーのコアとビニル系共重合体からなるガラス状ポリマーのシェルとを有するコアシェルポリマー１〜５０質量部、とを含有してなり、該（Ｃ）と（Ｄ）の合計量が、（Ａ）ポリアセタール重合体１００質量部に対して０．０３〜０．５５質量部である、ポリアセタール樹脂組成物、によって達成された。【選択図】なし
