Zusammenfassung:	To appropriately and efficiently mix a minute amount of a chemical liquid, such as immunostaining.SOLUTION: A mixing system includes: a vibration device 21 that can vibrate vertically; a slide glass 31 which is mounted on a stage 28 that can vibrate vertically by the vibration device 21, and which forms a free liquid level 30a of a chemical liquid 30; and a PC for control that controls amplitude and frequency of the vibration device 21.
