Zusammenfassung: | To achieve improvement in quality of a gelatinous damper member and efficiency of manufacturing an actuator in the actuator connecting a movable body and a support body by using the gelatinous damper member.SOLUTION: An actuator 1A includes a gelatinous damper member 9 connecting a support body 2 and a movable body 3, and a magnetic driving mechanism 6 for vibrating the movable body 3 relative to the support body 2. When assembling the support body 2 and the movable body 3, a method of manufacturing the actuator 1A includes: an assembling step for arranging a soluble mold member 4 at a position where the support body 2 and the movable body 3 face each other, and forming a hollow section 5 facing the support body 2 and the movable body 3; a charging step for charging a gel material 10 in the hollow section 5; a hardening step for hardening the gel material 10 charged in the hollow section 5; and a mold member removing step for injecting a solvent 19 to an outer side of the mold member 4, and discharging, to the outside, a solution obtained by solving the mold member 4 with the solvent 19 through a space between the support body 2 and the movable body 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】ゲル状ダンパー部材を用いて可動体と支持体とを接続するアクチュエータにおいて、ゲル状ダンパー部材の品質向上およびアクチュエータの製造の効率化を図る。【解決手段】アクチュエータ1Aは、支持体2と可動体3とを接続するゲル状ダンパー部材9と、可動体3を支持体2に対して振動させる磁気駆動機構6を備える。アクチュエータ1Aの製造方法は、支持体2と可動体3とを組み立てる際、支持体2と可動体3とが対向する箇所に可溶性の型部材4を配置して、支持体2および可動体3に面する中空部5を形成する組立ステップと、中空部5にゲル材料10を充填する充填ステップと、中空部5に充填されたゲル材料10を硬化させる硬化ステップと、型部材4の外側に溶剤19を注入し、溶剤19で型部材4を溶かした溶液を支持体2と可動体3の間の空間から外部に排出する型部材除去ステップとを含む。【選択図】図5 |
