The air that is forcibly taken in and out is guided into the gap to ventilate in the longitudinal direction, and ribs 110p, 110t, 110w that causes at least either an air volume distribution or a wind speed distribution according to the tendency of a temperature distribution on the surface of the metal case 120 to occur in the ventilation cross-sectional direction in the gap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
