SPECTACLES

To provide a pair of spectacles with overall weight reduced by reducing the weight of the nose pads.SOLUTION: The pair of spectacles has nose pads 4 each of which is formed with a through-hole 41 in a thickness direction. The through-hole 41 is preferably formed in the central area of the nose pad 4, the size of the through-hole 41 is, when looking at the nose pad 4 from the front, occupies about 10 to 80%, preferably 20 to 60%, and more preferably 30 to 50% of the space. The material of the nose pad 4 is formed of a rubber-like synthetic resin. Moreover, polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer is preferable. In the nose pads 4, a groove is preferably formed for storing a rod-like member extending from bridge 3 or a lens frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】鼻パッドを軽量化することにより、全体の重量を軽減化させた眼鏡を提供する。【解決手段】眼鏡は、鼻パッド４の中に厚み方向の貫通孔４１を設けている。この貫通孔４１は、鼻パッド４の中央部に設けることが好ましく、その大きさは、鼻パッド４を正面から見たとき、貫通孔４１が１０〜８０％程度、好ましくは２０〜６０％、より好ましくは３０〜５０％のスペースを占めるものとする。鼻パッド４の素材は、ゴム状の合成樹脂から形成する。中でもポリエステル系熱可塑性エラストマーが好ましい。この鼻パッド４の中に、ブリッジ３又はレンズ枠から延びる棒状体を収納可能な溝を設けることが好ましい。【選択図】図６
