The urine test piece includes: a base material 110; an action electrode 140; a counter electrode 130; a reference electrode 150; a trigger circuit 120; and a protection layer 160 covering the action electrode 140, the counter electrode 130, and the reference electrode 150 and partially exposing the action electrode 140, the counter electrode 130, and the reference electrode 150 by an opening 162. The test device includes: a test piece reception module for acquiring a test result by having the urine test piece 100 and supplying power to the urine test piece 100; and a wireless transmission module for transmitting the test result to a portable computer device.
