Zusammenfassung: | To provide an environment forming device with which it is possible to reduce dew condensation in an open hole and in its periphery during test execution and frost formation caused by opening a door.SOLUTION: Provided is an environment forming device 2 comprising a test chamber (article arrangement chamber) 10 and an air conditioning unit 15 in which an air conditioner 22 including coolers 25a, 25b is accommodated, with air circulated between the air conditioning unit 15 and the test chamber 10, the test chamber 10 including a door 8 and open holes 30,31 communicating with the inside and outside of the test chamber 10. Hole-side gas introduction units 32a, 32b are included in the open holes 30, 31 and/or the vicinity thereof, and air conditioning-side gas introduction units 35a, 35b are included in the air conditioning unit 15 and/or its vicinity. When the door 8 is closed, a dry gas is introduced from the hole-side gas introduction units 32a, 32b and introduction from a dry gas from the conditioning-side gas introduction units 35a, 35b is stopped or reduced. When the door 8 is open, introduction of a dry gas from the conditioning-side gas introduction units 35a, 35b is started or increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】試験実施中における貫通孔やその周囲の結露等と、扉を開くことに起因する着霜を軽減することができる環境形成装置を開発する。【解決手段】試験室(物品配置室)10と、冷却器25a,25bを含む空調機器22が収容された空調部15を備え、空調部15と試験室10との間で空気を循環させる環境形成装置2であって、前記試験室10は扉8と、前記試験室10の内外を連通する貫通孔30、31を有する。前記貫通孔30、31及び/又はその近傍に孔側気体導入部32a、32bがあり、前記空調部15及び/又はその近傍には空調側気体導入部35a、35bがある。扉8が閉じられている際には孔側気体導入部32a、32bから乾燥気体が導入されると共に空調側気体導入部35a、35bからの乾燥気体の導入が停止または縮小される。扉8が開かれている際には空調側気体導入部35a、35bからの乾燥気体の導入が開始又は増大される。【選択図】図2 |
